Chinesse Graveyard

Mon Aug 14, 2006, 4:51 PM
the other night i went to a friends, friends party. After word me and her friend went out to the chinesse graveyard. Ive never been there before. It's right on the ocean. A really cool spot. Im giong tog o back there during the day sometime to get some pictures. Anywasy the point of this is that it was the night that the meteor shower was on and i did not know that. If i had i would have taken my camera to get some start trails which i have never done. Im hoping to go out there on my day off and try it. Its a great spot in victoria as its not to close to town so its nice and dark. Ive never done star trails and it seems eveytime i try and do night shots they come out blurry. I wonder maybe if theres something wrong with my eyes and they cant focus good at night. oh well i guess i'll have to try again and see what i come out with. Maybe i can find someone to go with me as i dont want to go by myself. kinda dark and scary at night. Especially near a graveyard.

try stopping down your lens to the smallest fstop (the biggest number) and set focus to infinity. then you shouldnt have to worrie about trying to focus.
